San Carlos & Valley Springs Auto Repair

Took the X5 to get a trailer hitch installed at Toole's. Dave and his team installed it in a couple of hours and at a fair price. They were also nice enough to top of my oil, windshield wiper fluid and coolant. They also checked the tire pressure and tread, brakes and alerted me that there was some minor oil leakage and the engine cover was missing. They went above and beyond ... I'll be back!

Dave and the team do a great job. Everyone has a super attitude, the price is fair, and our Lexus runs like a top. Highly recommended.

Seriously, GREAT shop!! Friendly, honest & communicative all the way around. Everything you need your mechanic to be! Timely, affordable & extremely professional. Their waiting room is comfortable and loaded with amenities you only find at the high end dealers! Keep up the great work, you have a customer for life!! Needed work done on the fly, they were kind enough to fit me in and take care of the problem under the agreed amount of time and UNDER what I thought the cost would be!! Other places have charged me double what they charged! The staff are ALL, friendly, honest & VERY communicative. All the traits you need & expect in your mechanic! Added bonus, their waiting room is clean, comfortable and loaded with amenities you usually only find in "upper-class" dealers....like REAL towels in the bathroom (that are hand rolled in a basket - really??? at a auto repair shop? so cute), free wi-fi, Peets coffee for the Keurig, cool water, comfy couches! This place is first class all the way! Thank you Dave & Staff for hooking a chick up! :)
