They also prioritized which ones should be addressed first providing me an option to not have everything fixed at the same time. Photos and videos of my car were emailed to provide proof of issue at hand. I don't know much about cars so it was important to me to not feel like I was being asked to fixed non essential issues which were hitherto unknown to me. And the Toole men provided me with that honest, trustworthy feeling. The repairs were completed on time.

I had them look at 2 vehicles. one they fixed and the other they confirmed my diagnoses so I could return a defective part I purchased at Car Quest. The first problem they fixed was also due to bad parts from Car Quest. Get the job done right the first time and go to Tooles. I m glad I did. By the way no charge on the diagnosis!!!! These guys get my business.
