Great people knowledgeable and helpful

This was my second visit to Toole's for work on my Ford Truck. Beau the first time and Tony and Roberto the second time have both got what I call the "Service Gene". Toole's does great work and communicates well with their customers. This visit was prompted by leaking radiator coolant. The radiator had been replaced last September, so there was no charge. They also checked the undercarriage for leaks - no charge. They checked and adjusted tire pressure - no charge. There was a loose wire at my battery, causing it to not start - they fixed that at no charge. Finally - they found a lug nut missing at my passenger side front wheel, so they dug up one on their inventory and replaced it...say it with me now: no charge. These guys are pros, and they respect their customers and work hard to get and keep your business. Free coffee and water too! I don't drink coffee, but my wife does and raved about it! Thank you, Tony, Roberto, Beau, and the entire crew at Toole's!

They staff is really personable and professional. They will tell you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle with photos. I've been going here since moving to the bay area and plan to continue. They are really communicative; they'll tell you what work has to be done and what can wait based on your budget. The service is unparalleled.

Very fortunate to find such a great shop. Not only have they assisted with my volt, my Jeeps, my Silverado but helped put my ATV back together after 5 roll overs into my Creek. Plus Beau is consistently a pleasure to work with!

Just moved to the Peninsula from the East Bay and needed to find a quality, high integrity auto shop and I found it with Toole's Garage. Most professional group of individuals I have come across on either side of the Bay. Their customer service, communication and genuine interest in doing their client right is apparent from the moment you walk in the door. I've used them twice now and will definately return for any future needs.

Was looking for a reliable, not dealership pricing Honda service shop for my older 2006 Accord. Tooles had really good reviews so I tried them for a slight gas smell leak. They went above and beyond with finding a number of small concerns and leaks, and pointed out some other areas that were starting to show wear or should be serviced (transition fluid was dirty, timing belt was worn and stretched, cabin air filter very dirty). A text message with link to pictures and list of concerns was sent to my phone! Very impressed with the company and parts warranties.
