As always, the team at Toole's (Beau, Dave and Cecilia) did not disappoint. My girlfriend has been a long time customer at another shop. She recently had a flat tire and i told her about the team at Toole's. We brought her car in for a flat tire repair, busted headlight and an oil change. She was happy with their customer service, and was quite impress with their thoroughness and honesty. This is why i am confident in recommending Toole's. These guys deserve the highest ratings possible. Each time I enter the shop, I am greeted by everyone that comes in the front office with a smile, hellos and how are you-s. The staff is knowledgeable, honest and helpful and will even help prioritize repairs if you can't get them all done at once. On top of it all, their prices are fair (even according to my dad, who's owned his own shop in L.A. for decades). Oh, and did I mention?...repairs are done on time, as promised? It's hard to find good customer service anymore...Thanks, Toole's for raising the bar!

Since we started bringing our cars to Toole's Garage for service, we have not been disappointed. Toole's provides great service and solid advice on recommendations for current and future service actions. We'll be back!

Consistently good!

They did a prepurchase inspection for us, and the car dealer I was using turned out to be a real flake by taking the car out before they even started to inspect it. Tooles wasn't bothered and we finally got the car back did spectacular job of inspecting it and telling us each and everything that they found. They now have the job as our new mechanics for our new car.

Bo and team are absolutely great. Patiently explained the problem and did not try to oversell services but collaborate on fixing the problems.

Excellent customer service and car was ready when I needed it.
