I was incredibly happy with my pre-purchase inspection at Toole's garage. As I'm newly transplanted to the Bay Area from Portland, OR I needed to buy a new vehicle (was previously car-less) and wanted to find a local trusted crew. I'm fairly knowledgeable on cars (thanks Dad!) and wanted to go through the process before signing the dotted line on a used rental. I was very impressed in a few ways: 1) The friendliness of the Toole's crew 2) The thoroughness of the pre-inspection report, including a walkthrough of the details, and 3) The ease of transportation that Toole's offered while they had my car. I had a personal drive back to my apartment and a (free!) Lyftride back to the shop Think I just found my new crew!

These guys are awesome. I’ve brought my Ford F-150 here for general service since I bought it last June. They are honest, extremely helpful, and able to offer a quick turnaround time for service. The courtesy shuttle and the rental car service is extremely convenient and adds to their incredible customer service!

Another great job by the Toole's mechanics. I really enjoyed being e-mailed the 26 point courtesy inspection report. It was timely, and allowed me to have the suggested repairs authorized, while my TL was still in the care of the Toole's mechanics. My only disappointment was the driver's parking light bulb wasn't replaced as requested. I didn't notice the oversight until I returned home. (After reviewing a YouTube video I was able to replace both parking light bulbs.) Cheers, Gary

Wow - such personalized service! Beau coached me through a break-job, and it was half the price of a quote I received at another local Honda repair sop. So reasonable -- plus they did it in one afternoon! And they gave me a loaner for the afternoon so I could continue working. A great honest, helpful shop - Thank you to Beau, Tony, Dave and Boss-man!
