If you own a hybrid, this is the place for any (repeat) any work needed! Forget your dealer's shop, come here for excellent service at very reasonable prices. They took care of my 2002 Prius (with 185,000 mi.). I was expertly advised of all my options. Never did they pressure me for the most expensive option. Your dealer won't give you this kind of advise. My Prius got the dreaded triangle warning sign of main battery failure. It turned out that the battery had not failed, it was the water pump that cools the generator that failed. So for $600 plus (instead of thousands more), my Prius is running happy again! They also reconditioned my front brakes. No, they did not replace the calipers and rotor with new parts. Your dealer shop would never do this. I also learned they send their mechanics to a great school in Concord for training. Auto Electric & Fuel provides training in auto electronics and also runs a repair shop. I have used them for repairs also. Great people! A little difficult to get service since they are not open on Saturday due to the training courses. At Toole's you get the best of both! And, they don't charge extra for the extremely friendly service. They know their work very well and will not up sell you. If you own a hybrid, you need to know about Toole's.

Very personable and friendly. I don't know the workmanship at this point since I just received my vehicle. Owner did call when an old airfilter was put back in the vehicle inadvertenly which I appreciate the honesty. One minor flaw is that I was told that the service writer would call me at the end of the day to inform me the status of the vehicle. I waited in my office until about 6pm. I did not receive that call until the next day.
