Toole's garage made me do over $1000 of services including diagnostic fees and told me they still didn't know what was wrong. I then took the car to Ford dealership and they told me I need full transmission replacement. I called back Toole's garage for a quote of transmission replacement. They quoted me over $10,000, this was 30% higher than the dealership quote and higher than the vehicle's worth. I told Brad at Toole's that if they were able to find the real issue with the vehicle, I wouldn't have done the service they recommend on my vehicle. I have a hard time trusting these guys to fix my problem and also for the high prices that they charge.
