A wonderful surprise. A woman taking the family car into an auto body shop can be a daunting experience; but everyone at Toole's made me feel welcome and at ease. Tony showed me how I would receive information about the repairs on my computer. He gave me an estimate of the work that should be done and gave me a choice of what I would want them to do. He anticipated all the questions I had thought I would need to ask,, giving me answers that I could understand. . I received a ride home and they shuttled me back to pick up my car. They are a 5 star company, for sure. My 2002 Toyota drove like a new car after they had worked on it. I have recommended Toole's to several of my friends. A

I had my 2003 Highlander towed to Toole's Garage after having a very bad experience with another mechanic for an intermittent issue where the car randomly just wouldn't start. Immediately I felt reassured that I was in capable hands with Toole's. I was kept in the loop at all points in the process, received call backs in a timely manner, received comprehensive explanations and had my questions answered completely. They were upfront with all costs (which were extremely reasonable) and did not charge me for anything that we hadn't previously discussed and agreed upon. They never tried to "up sell" me. They went the extra mile and did a comprehensive review of my vehicle outside of the reported problem and presented me with a suggested plan for future work needed. Their customer service is outstanding. I'm comfortable not only utilizing them for my vehicle but also as a new mechanic for my 18 yr old daughter's car.

The employees are pros. The facility is immaculate . The combined knowledge is unmatched.

Toole's is a great place to get your vehicle serviced. The family owned and run operation puts a high priority on customer service and fairness. They also stay current on cutting edge automotive technology, which is great if you decide to buy a hybrid or EV. And if you don't, they can fix your old Ford Ranger!

When it's time to take my car for the service. I immediately think of Toole's Garage, the proper place to take it. They provide an excellent service and explain in details what my car needs to be fixed before any charges. Also they provide shuttle services which is very convenient for all customers. We've been taking our 2007 Acura to Toole's for over 5 years now for routine and emergency service and love their work. Pricing is fair and they are very thorough and communicate well. The facility is clean and convenient. The waiting area is very accommodating and well stocked with coffee and drinks. They know Acura and Honda's well. We had an older 2003 Honda Odyssey minivan which we had to eventually sell due to having too many cars (empty nesters) and they took great care that car with 190,000 miles on it and still running well. Highly recommend them. Very trustworthy and friendly.
