We have been going to Toole's for the past year and are very confident and satisfied with their services. They have given us great advice and service. We have dealt with a number of other Car Service companies in the past and we must say, Toole's is the best of all of them!

Minor service. I feel well taken care of, and so is my car.

Everything went pretty well. Overall, I am happy with the service and think that Toole's does an excellent job with customer service. My only issue is the driver's side door. The door was stuck closed for months. Initially, Toole's had no problem opening the door, but eventually it failed to open. The mechanism was changed, so I thought it would work correctly. However, as soon as I got to my car and clicked unlock, the doors unlocked but the driver side door would not open. After a couple of minutes and tries, it finally did open. Then when I drove out, I stopped at a store and could not unlock it from the inside for about 5 minutes. It is working sporadically but not consistently.
