Toole's is the BEST! I had an issue that was very difficult to diagnose, and the guys at Toole's didn't give up until they identified the problem and fixed it. Beau called several times to give me regular updates and clear explanations. Everyone there is so professional, efficient, kind and respectful. They even took me home and then came for me when my car was ready. And Beau makes the transaction so pleasant...you almost don't mind having to spend money on your car. This is the place!

The car is now safe to drive with brand new tires. The work has been done on time even with the additional surprises (oil, lamp and power-steering fluid). The staffs are efficient, polite, always smiling and even funny.
