I always receive superlative service at Toole's. And they keep my car in tip-top shape! They are fair, honest, kind, hardworking and go out of their way to get to know every customer. They also seem to know EVERYTHING about cars, even random idiosyncrasies that I think elsewhere would require hours of diagnostic work. I so appreciate having them to go to, it is peace of mind for me.

Minor service. I feel well taken care of, and so is my car.

Everything went pretty well. Overall, I am happy with the service and think that Toole's does an excellent job with customer service. My only issue is the driver's side door. The door was stuck closed for months. Initially, Toole's had no problem opening the door, but eventually it failed to open. The mechanism was changed, so I thought it would work correctly. However, as soon as I got to my car and clicked unlock, the doors unlocked but the driver side door would not open. After a couple of minutes and tries, it finally did open. Then when I drove out, I stopped at a store and could not unlock it from the inside for about 5 minutes. It is working sporadically but not consistently.

Toole's is the absolute best for hybrid cars. They have performed a fantastic job reconditioning my hybrid battery. I'm now driving a car that runs as good as new and the repair was about 1/3 of what the dealership was going to charge and 60% of the lowest bid I could get elsewhere. BUT... they really stand behind their work. I had a minor problem with the reconditioned battery. They took the car back and fixed everything under warranty even though I had driven the car almost 6000 miles. Toole's is amazing and I couldn't think of higher accolades and superlatives than those I want to extend to them.
