Very nice people to deal with. They took care of me right away w/o an appt. I know timing is everything so I was lucky but I feel they work extra hard to get their customers back in their cars/trucks & going about their day. Truck drove great, they made quite a difference and charged a fair price. I recommend them highly & will definitely use them again.

I love Toole's! I'm a college student & Beau always informs me of what I precisely need done to my car & how long I can procrastinate so I may still have money in my textbooks, etc.

These guys are terrific! They are professional, friendly, and honest.Their shop and waiting room are immaculate. They explained everything in a way I could understand. I took my car in for an oil change and while doing a courtesy inspection (this alone is worth it) they discovered a head gasket leak and that the wrong coolant had been put in my car by a previous mechanic. They took me out to the shop and showed me exactly where the problem was. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Outstanding !

First time here and I am blown away! I didn't know mechanics could be like this! They take customer service and the customer experience to another level beyond anything I've ever seen. Their program they use for reports after your car has been worked on is great! It lists what they inspected and shows photos of anything that needs to be repaired, so you can see for yourself. Definitely coming back and recommending all my co-workers to come here as it's around the corner from us.

As always in the 5 or so years I have been going to Toole;s, I feel totally taken care of and my civic does too.
