The boys and girls at tooles i feel always give it 100%. They always inform you on what is going on with your vehicle. they take care of all my cars and trucks and i know when i drop it off it will come back like it is their own!

This was my first time at Toole's, and so far, so good. I went in for a major 90,000-mile tune-up and was worried that they would find all sorts of additional things to fix (and charge me for) on my car...as that seems to be what always happened at my previous shop. Thankfully, that was not the case. I did ask lots of questions and I felt confident that they were confident about the condition of my car. The guys there are friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good experience.

Friendly, courteous, & knowledgable staff. They were able to accommodate a last minute appointment & get the car back to me rather quickly. I'd give them 5 stars but they only did a routine oil change, tire rotation, & balance job so I'm reserving that until I see how they do on 30K service. Judging from how this visit went I'm sure they will earn it. Really nice to have the shuttle service available - drop off & pick up at home. As far as customer service goes they do get 5 stars - my wife would be comfortable coming here.

First time with the Toole's boys and I found it to be an excellent experience. Came in for simple hose leak which I could not find because it was intermittent and hidden from view. Well they found it and we took the opportunity to fix some other issues while we had access. Great communications and follow-up.
