friendly efficient service, can't be better

Our car did not start and we called to see if our car could be towed to their shop for repair. They determined that our starter was broken and replaced it within one day. In addition, they provided a 60,000 miles service for our car, We found their staff very professional, courteous and accommodating. Hats off for their quality of service!!

These guys are awesome - The best customer service ever!! I went in because of a flat tire and they really wanted to try and fix the flat tire for me instead of trying to make buy a new set of tires and I really appreciate that. Unfortunately, it ended up that I needed a new set of tires and they didn't have the cheap tires I wanted in stock. But I am definitely coming back here in case I need any other services in the future....

Great first experience with these guys. They couldn't have been more welcoming and easy to deal with.Best part: I went in for an oil change and received absolutely zero pressure to "buy a new this" or "replace that". They made a few recommendations but did an awesome job making me feel like they were just recommendations. I'm going to do my homework on the suggested repairs and I know who I will be dealing with if I choose to move forward with them.

These Professionals will try to identify problem and thoroughly troubleshoot, using manufacture specifications and devices...before replacing parts, if needed. Amazing service, with follow ups and updates via messaging, including pictures and explanations. Courtesy shuttle available if desired. They will save you a lot time and money. Great customer service & they provided a shuttle back & forth to my home which made it much easier. Beau explained all of the pricing for the required work without making me feel like I was being oversold on unnecessary work. Totally professional, honest & they clearly take pride in both their work & customer service. Toole's Garage is simply a good find!

My engine light was on and I called Toole's after doing a search online.They were able to give me an appointment for the same day. I spoke with Beau and Tony and they were both friendly and professional, explaining to me in a way I could understand what might be causing the problem in addition to finding a problem with my gas cap which they fixed at no charge. Both the garage and waiting room were really nice--I was impressed. They also have a well designed and easy to navigate website including a chat feature which I used and Tony from the shop responded right away.In one word they were awesome! I've found my new mechanics!
