Toole's garage made me do over $1000 of services including diagnostic fees and told me they still didn't know what was wrong. I then took the car to Ford dealership and they told me I need full transmission replacement. I called back Toole's garage for a quote of transmission replacement. They quoted me over $10,000, this was 30% higher than the dealership quote and higher than the vehicle's worth. I told Brad at Toole's that if they were able to find the real issue with the vehicle, I wouldn't have done the service they recommend on my vehicle. I have a hard time trusting these guys to fix my problem and also for the high prices that they charge.

Great service, very knowledgeable.

I have an old Acura MDX that needed a scheduled maintenance service but I also had a disconcerting noise around the front passenger side. The Toole guys did a thorough inspection including photos. They honestly explained in a triage way how they recommended I fix the list of issues, including price quotes. They also explained that my tires were 3 years past needing replacement even though the treads are fine. They honestly advised that I go to a tire specialist store for best prices, which I totally appreciated. It’s a small shop but they are very competent and priced better than the dealership services.
