I needed a repair on a flat tire. I easily made an appointment online with Toole's Garage. Upon arrival I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner. The office and garage area are clean and well maintained. The business is family owned/operated and I will DEFINITELY return for future auto maintenance as well as recommend the business to others who need auto maintenance.

Toole's Garage always stands by there work. They are honest, they simply fix what needs to be fixed, and they guarantee their repairs. Sometimes, auto problems are difficult to find and repair correctly, especially when multiple issues or failures may be causing the malfunction.In these cases, they fix the obvious problems first in a logical sequence. However, if the entire issue is not 100% complete, they simply don't give up until everything is right. This is a rare commitment in the auto repair business, and why I am a loyal customer.VERY HAPPY

Tony and Beau were great and got my car patched up and back on the road quickly.tl;dr: My radiator s*** the bed: coolant everywhere; car started to overheat.Got home, fired up yelp to see who was nearby that could help. I'm always skeptical of businesses with all/mostly all 5-star ratings, but I liked that they were family owned/operated. And after this experience, I'd have to say they deserve the high rating.From 7:30am when I called them to see if they could have a look at the car; to when I picked up my fixed car the next day; Tony and Beau were courteous, professional and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Never felt like they were jerking me around or trying to pad the bill.Thanks Guys!

Is it wrong to love your mechanic? I brought my Prius to Toole's after the initial service warranty from the dealer expired, and have been very happy. Not only do they explain everything in detail, but they are reasonably priced, flexible with appointment times, and oh, so, so nice. And family owned. And clean as a whistle. Highly recommend!
