Award of Excellence for Outstanding Service! You guys are absolutely the best in auto repairs. I have 4 new tires that I knew needed to be replaced. All hoses (rubber brake, cooling system, were finally changed. My 92 Honda Accord does not shake on the freeway anymore. It feels more safer now than before.

One of my least favorite things to do is take my car into the shop and be talked down to. Dreading the usual experience, I found Toole's Garage through an online coupon for a free brake inspection. To my surprise, Dave showed up and was really friendly, taking the time to explain what needed to be done to my car and allowing me to make decisions without any pressure. He answered all of my questions and was very transparent (opposed to being a "salesman"). Based solely on customer service and a sense of honesty I got from the staff, I'd definitely bring my car back to Toole's. I don't know much about cars, but I'm certain they took care of mine.

This is the only place I will ever take my car! As other reviewers have noted, the Toole family is extremely kind, conscientious and honest. They also seem to know everything about cars, right down to the little idiosyncrasies that have popped up in mine over the years. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. They are even nice to my kids!
