I had them look at 2 vehicles. one they fixed and the other they confirmed my diagnoses so I could return a defective part I purchased at Car Quest. The first problem they fixed was also due to bad parts from Car Quest. Get the job done right the first time and go to Tooles. I m glad I did. By the way no charge on the diagnosis!!!! These guys get my business.

This was my second time coming here to have my car fixed. My alternator died on a Friday and I brought in my 1995 Mercedes diesel late in the afternoon. Dave took me in , provided me with one of his rentals and said they would look at it first thing the following Monday. My car was fixed and ready to go by 3:00 pm on Monday. Absolutely the best service that I have experienced.

This is the local, honest garage I've been looking for since I moved to San Carlos. They do a quality job for much less than my dealer did and have better customer service for both my hondas and volkswagen. Bo and Cecilia have repeatedly taken good care of me and my cars from scheduling through completion - and even when follow up was needed when I wasn't quite satisfied at first. It's a big help that they email reminders and work orders so i have electronic copies of everything.

Excellent, friendly, high-quality service at a reasonable price. What more could I ask for? and Wow...what a huge improvement over the "dealers" I used to go to for service....

I've written reviews about Toole's in the past but I just want to weigh in again. These folks are the best!!! Taking my car in for servicing is like going to visit old friends. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. But, most important, the service they provide is Top Notch. I highly, highly recommend Toole's.

I was a customer of Toole's Garage while I was living in San Carlos, and recently I moved south to Santa Cruz. My starter was one of the parts that Toole's replaced for me while I was their customer, and my starter went out less than a year after it was installed!!!! No need to worry, the starter has a full lifetime warranty and Toole's covered the labor at another auto shop in Santa Cruz. That is great customer service, which I loved while I was their customer and I now miss. Thank you so much Dave, Beau, Audrey , Cecelia and team. You guys truly are the best!!!
