Dave, Beau, and their whole team were awesome. They have outstanding customer service and such a friendly staff. They were great at explaining the problems that I had with my car and gave recommendations without putting pressure on me. I trust them and will definitely use them for all future car problems. Beau was very good in his role as service advisor. He took the time to explain things about my Element so it was easy for me to comprehend. I'll be back!

I can always count on a thorough inspect of my Acura that accompanies the regular A1 service (oil change/tire rotation). This time around I learned my brake fluid contained 2% water, my windshield wipers were due to be replaced and I was provided Acura service bulletin information on an issue with my side view mirror. The only downside of my visit to Toole's was being addressed as "Bud." Got this at the counter and on the call notifying me my TL was ready.

We appreciate the fact that you count on us for your service needs Gary. I also would like to thank you for the constructive criticism. I have mentioned to Beau on a couple of occasions that "Bud" slips out. He acknowledges that when he is comfortable, it does slip at times. He meant no disrespect towards you. He is working on refining his professionalism in the front every day and appreciates the feedback.
