I can always count on a thorough inspect of my Acura that accompanies the regular A1 service (oil change/tire rotation). This time around I learned my brake fluid contained 2% water, my windshield wipers were due to be replaced and I was provided Acura service bulletin information on an issue with my side view mirror. The only downside of my visit to Toole's was being addressed as "Bud." Got this at the counter and on the call notifying me my TL was ready.

We appreciate the fact that you count on us for your service needs Gary. I also would like to thank you for the constructive criticism. I have mentioned to Beau on a couple of occasions that "Bud" slips out. He acknowledges that when he is comfortable, it does slip at times. He meant no disrespect towards you. He is working on refining his professionalism in the front every day and appreciates the feedback.
