As usual, Bo was quick and attentive when my battery failed. Turned out to be combination alternator/battery issue. The turn around time was impressive, getting it back in the afternoon, especially since I was going out of town the next morning. Thank you as always for the superior customer service and attention to detail.

As always, the team at Toole's (Beau, Dave and Cecilia) did not disappoint. My girlfriend has been a long time customer at another shop. She recently had a flat tire and i told her about the team at Toole's. We brought her car in for a flat tire repair, busted headlight and an oil change. These guys deserve the highest ratings possible. Each time I enter the shop, I am greeted by everyone that comes in the front office with a smile, hellos and how are you-s. The staff is knowledgeable, honest and helpful and will even help prioritize repairs if you can't get them all done at once. On top of it all, their prices are fair (even according to my dad, who's owned his own shop in L.A. for decades). Oh, and did I mention?...repairs are done on time, as promised? It's hard to find good customer service anymore...Thanks, Toole's for raising the bar!
