Nothing "not to like" about Toole's. Excellent service, loaner car, honest & happy people, cute Bella -- all makes for an outstanding business. Love this place.

FIRST OFF, SHUTTLE SERVICE.. THANK YOU! YOU GUYS MAKE IT SO MUCH EASIER TO BE ABLE TO DROP OFF MY CAR IN THE MORNING AND GET TO WORK ON TIME! ALSO, YOU GUYS ARE JUST ALL AROUND NICE, IT MAKES DEALING WITH CAR STUFF EASIER. AND FINALLY, NO "BS". I USE TO TAKE MY CAR TO MY DEALER AND THEY WOULD ALWAYS TRY TO SHOVE UNNECESSARY STUFF IN MY FACE. SOME PEOPLE DON'T HAVE TIME OR MONEY FOR THAT, SO THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY :)

The service at Toole's Garage is simply outstanding. Not only did they take care of my oil change and transmission fluids, but they gave me a ride to and from work, vacuumed the inside of my car, and cleaned my windshield! They examined my car completely and let me know its status in a clear and professional manner. My hat is off to Dave for organizing such an amazing crew, and Cecilia for getting me back to work on time for my business appointment. Great job all!

When I called and made the appointment, I requested that they work on my car that morning. I was told to bring the car at 8 AM. My car was not worked on until late afternoon and by the time it was done, my whole day was gone. The previous time I brought the car, it took all day as well. I had errands to run.

Laila, we apologize if we didn't meet your time expectations. We are very thorough when working on our client family's vehicles. Safety is our main concern! We do have rental vehicles available if you need to run errands during your next appointment. Thank you for your review.

Very friendly staff that does a great job of explaining everything. Shop is the cleanest I have ever seen, and they gave us a ride and have a very cheap courtesy car that we used for the weekend when our insurance was taking longer than expected to kick in. Came all the way from SF to use them, and will definitely do so in the future!
