I called ahead to request new wiper blade inserts. I went in the next day, and Sean replaced them for me. He also checked the oil level; it was down a quart. (My car has 175K miles.) He added oil because the car is not yet due for its next servicing.

I’m not a patient person. When I have a problem I would like it addressed. Toole’s does this. I had the day off today. It was afternoon when I had contacted them. My fault. I should have in the morning. But they squeezed me in and took measures to solve the problem. I am hopeful that my car will be running normal now. I would highly recommend this place of business. I have been there twice now for different issues. My car is over 10 and is a hybrid. So it is understandable I will have issues. I feel a sense of trust. I have never felt that before.

They did a complete overhaul, front to back, on a 22 year old Wrangler that hadn't been driven for a year. Runs like a watch now.

Tooles used to be our 100% go to Shop, professional, very knowledgeable+ fair dudes. Then CostCO pricing took us acriss the bridge to AutoNation to get a Prius (2017)..We had no real car repairs or maintenance needed until now- and this week there they were the ReLiable professionals they've always been . .a few new faces, but behind the scenes the Toole family+ business are on your side & wont lead you astray!
