I have been coming to Tooles for a few years now. I can’t complain about their service. They are professional, and they know their stuff. I really like how we get to see pictures of what needs to be done to the car i. E. Brake fluid. Thank you to Sean, Megan, and please forgive me the other nice gentleman that sits up front. Thank you for getting my car in and out today as I needed a part replaced that was ordered yesterday. The best service and my car is running like new!

I called ahead to request new wiper blade inserts. I went in the next day, and Sean replaced them for me. He also checked the oil level; it was down a quart. (My car has 175K miles.) He added oil because the car is not yet due for its next servicing.

Great people, excellent service

I’m not a patient person. When I have a problem I would like it addressed. Toole’s does this. I had the day off today. It was afternoon when I had contacted them. My fault. I should have in the morning. But they squeezed me in and took measures to solve the problem. I am hopeful that my car will be running normal now. I would highly recommend this place of business. I have been there twice now for different issues. My car is over 10 and is a hybrid. So it is understandable I will have issues. I feel a sense of trust. I have never felt that before.

They did a complete overhaul, front to back, on a 22 year old Wrangler that hadn't been driven for a year. Runs like a watch now.
