This is the second time that I’ve taken my Cadillac for maintenance service in between services, there have been no problems whatsoever. It’s so encouraging to have my car serviced by such a professional company.

This place is a joke their prices and how fast they get to your car depends on if you put a positive review or not. I only took my daughter’s car here because I needed a simple fuse pulled out and replaced yet they wanted to charge $197 diagnostic fee 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Don’t worry I won’t be back. I’ll tow my car to Jackson if I have to. Oh and if you bring your vehicle here make sure you check your own fluids not their feee inspection lol. I took my excursion here for a transmission issue and they fixed it, and then they did their little 32 point inspection which included checking fluids. When I got home my excursion did not have enough transmission fluid to register on the dipstick and no it wasn’t leaking. Funny thing is when I took in my excursion diagnostic fee I was told was $100 for the car which I knew what was wrong (and I was right) diagnostic fee was $197. Most mechanics are very nice here can’t say the same for the office staff 🤣

We understand that you believe you know how to fix your vehicle and we take that into consideration. Your first uncomfortable visit with us was talking you OUT of replacing a component that was likely not your concern by diagnosing it. In this diagnosis, we found something disconnected causing your concern, fixed it, and adjusted our time spent (your dollars) down to reflect. You are welcome. Your next visit, even more uncomfortable, was you telling us to change a fuse. Again, we understand that you believe you know how to fix your vehicle. A fuse typically does not pop out of sheer fun. We suggested diagnosing WHY your fuse popped. Since all you really seemed to want was your fuse changed, I would guess with all the automotive knowledge you tell us that you have, you would have been able to handle that on your own. We wish you, and your next shop, the best of luck.

I called early Monday morning because my car was giving me monitoring system messages. The manual said pull over but Toole's said bring it right in. They fixed it ASAP. I feel confident when I take my car in to Toole's. That's important at my age.
