Had high hopes-sadly dashed. Took my Nissan in with a difficult problem. Was told they'd research it. Called back four days later for an update-still waiting for a return call weeks later.

Dear Richard, we are sorry to have received your 1-star review. Your issue was a difficult one to replicate given it only happened at 5,000 feet while on a drive to Tahoe. We worked behind the scenes to research and were unable to find a point that would direct us to start diagnosis. Our failure was not contacting you sooner with our lack of findings. It is difficult to diagnose a vehicle that is not in our possession. Let us know if you want to bring the vehicle to us and we can take a look at some different tests that might help us replicate the problem.

Brad helped schedule an expedited appointment, and Beau promptly and expertly evaluated and corrected the issue. Both gentlemen provided courteous and professional service. Brad and the technician provided friendly and expert service as usual, and even helped adjust my front headlight beam. Great service and explanation of problems. These guys are so professional and nice, as well as trustworthy. They squeezed me in to fix my A/C and torn bushings and my car is great now. Update: My AC valve had a tear so I needed a more extensive repair. When I told them I needed a car for work, they loaned me a car for free. Consistently excellent service from this business. I won’t go anywhere else!

Amazing front desk! Very unique system where they allow you to disapprove or approve certain maintenance with pictures and videos to update you on failing parts needing replacement. They make it easy! Super fast repair! Very professional

Service was Great. Job was for a complete checkup. They gave us a list of what was needed, cost of each. We discussed with them to eliminate a costly but unimportant item. Work was done on time and after hours pickup was easy. Staff is terrific to deal with.
