It’s impressive how they document everything including taking pictures and videos so the customer knows exactly what is going on. I drove in in the morning without an appointment. I left my car there while Joey, an employee, shuttled me back home (7 1/2 miles away.) I received an estimated charge by text and approved it. They also texted me with a revised estimate shortly thereafter, which I also approved. Before they finished, they called me and said the job would be finished in 15 minutes and confirmed that Joey would pick me up shortly, which he did. My car was ready, and the bill was exactly the second estimate that they sent me. When I paid, I immediately received my receipt via text. Their shop was very clean and organized, and I will use their services again, and recommend them highly.
