I do not know how they have good reviews at all. They charged me $260 to look at my car and figure out what was wrong with it, later on they called me saying they needed extra over $500 to keep looking at my car. The end of the day I went to get my car and had to pay $260 and they never figure out what was wrong with it. Do not go here, you will waste your money. Also very aggressive customer service.
We performed testing and analysis to diagnose the warning lights and specific diagnostic trouble codes on your Mercedes. We tested multiple components and the associated wiring and harnesses related to your problem and did not find a specific cause of your diagnostic code, so additional testing would be necessary to find the issue. Your Mercedes is an AMG model and a not a simple machine to diagnose and repair. Since you did not want to continue with additional testing and diagnosis, we recommended that you consult your Mercedes dealer to determine if this failure might be covered by your manufacturer's warranty. Our diagnostic rate is less than half the rate the local Mercedes dealer would charge and completely fair for the highly skilled Master Technicians who perform these services at Toole's Garage. Ultimately, diagnostic work is a technical skill that requires education, training, experience and lots of expensive tools, and we bill for those services just as we do for repairs.
