First time uses toole's and I had a great experience. They diagnosed my truck quickly and sent me a complete estimate that included parts, labor and pictures of everything. They got a warranty honored on a part that they didn't even install and saved me $900. Very friendly and capable staff explained everything and answered all my questions. I will be using them again.

I was on my second week of working a new job when my truck suddenly started to sputter, bump, buck and pop. Not the type of things you want to happen on the way to work at 5am. 😳. So I called Tooles to see if they could get me fixed up. Jay was very kind and told me they were swamped with work and I’d be looking at getting it fixed by Monday—this happened on Thursday—but said they will try to squeeze me in sooner. Well, with such a team as they have there, I was back on the road by the next day, Friday!! What a team they have. Every one I encountered was so friendly, kind and understanding. I can’t say enough to describe the situation, other than, they saved my butt big time. May God Bless Tooles garage. 🙏😃

Brought my truck in my truck for a noise coming from the front wheel area. I brought it to other shops including the dealership, no one could figure it out. I brought it too Tooles and the found the issue pretty easily. I will definitely bring my vehicles here in the future.

Toole’s Garage did a full inspection of the truck I purchased. The transmission was definitely an issue. Toole’s gave me a list of things that needed repair or service along with photos. They replaced the transmission and repaired items I ok’d. I’m so pleased at how the truck runs and drives and the care and service Toole’s provided. A+
