Toole's replaced the battery in our Civic Hybrid a few years ago, and was recommended to us by Dan D'Amico at Bermico's when he retired. Have been very pleased with their service, and they stand behind their work if any problems develop.

Tooles is the best!! I needed new front wiper blades today as I was going to go to Costco and me calling Tooles was really to find out the measurements, but Trina gave me the price and was cheaper than Costco! In I came , and Francisco installed the blades for me . I have a rear wiper blade on the way as well. Tooles is great as everyone there is so kind and helpful. Best service experience I had in a very long time. They checked my car and sent me an inspection report with pictures of each problem they found. The estimated costs were clear from the beginning and the communication was easy, very friendly and helpful. They even pointed out, that one repair fell under the manufacturer warranty and forwarded me there instead of charging me for it. Overall a very pleasant experience! In my case some things got a little chaotic but they were very professional and helped to solve all issues. Really appreciated their commitment.

Family run, clean, honest

Never thought I’d say “I love my garage” but here I am saying it! Dave Toole has surrounded himself with competent, friendly staff always willing to go the extra mile. Having gone there for years now I trust the work and appreciate their efficiency. They even referred me to a trusted garage in So Cal when our Camry needed service after my son moved to LA. Thank you Toole’s!

In the past, I’ve always been happy with Toole’s. This time, however, my experience was less than expected. There were problems getting the correct parts, which delayed the work. I don’t know where the problem originated, but it was very frustrating. As usual, though, everyone was nice about it.

We brought my wife’s Infiniti in since the vehicle was overheating. Toole’s garage did the diagnostics and found out it was the radiator and we had it replaced immediately. The service as usual was excellent and we got the car back in less than 24 hours. We love supporting family owned businesses in San Carlos.
