The folks at Toole's were nice, efficient and helpful. I appreciate that they email customers pictures of what is wrong with my car, as well as label the items with green , yellow and red in terms of what needs to be fixed to what can wait. Thanks for your help!

My new repair shop! Toole’s was able to diagnose and repair a faulty strut that was recently installed by another repair shop. This is after that shop was unable to troubleshoot and diagnose. Thanks to Francisco, Tony and the tech who did the work!

I called a coupe days before to set up an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a basic check since I did not service my truck in a few thousand miles. When I arrived, I wasn't found on the computer. it turns out the answering service did not notify anyone up front. However they were gracious enough to take my truck in that day, gave me a ride back home. They were super busy that day, but had my truck finished by the end of the day. I have been looking for a new garage since my warranty ran out and I did not want to drive to Half Moon Bay anymore. Will I go back...Yes plus they are a family run business and run a tight ship!
