I called ahead to request new wiper blade inserts. I went in the next day, and Sean replaced them for me. He also checked the oil level; it was down a quart. (My car has 175K miles.) He added oil because the car is not yet due for its next servicing.

I’m not a patient person. When I have a problem I would like it addressed. Toole’s does this. I had the day off today. It was afternoon when I had contacted them. My fault. I should have in the morning. But they squeezed me in and took measures to solve the problem. I am hopeful that my car will be running normal now. I would highly recommend this place of business. I have been there twice now for different issues. My car is over 10 and is a hybrid. So it is understandable I will have issues. I feel a sense of trust. I have never felt that before.

I highly recommend Toole's Garage for your auto repair. They are very professional and knowledgeable. We are so lucky they came to Valley Springs.

Excellent experience overall. The "Results" form should be 1 page vs. 3 pgs. Wasteful of my paper since I keep a hard copy for my auto records.
