Always a profound pleasure working with the great team at Toole's. Knowledgeable, honest, and courteous. Level of service, professionalism and friendliness exceeds what I've experienced at service centers of big auto brands. I have always been treated as a person, and never had that typical doubt as with other places that try to upsell you on additional services or exaggerate issues or claim worn parts (but were conveniently discarded so there's no evidence to be examined). These guys are on the up-and-up. They're dependable, trustworthy and have been our go-to for the last 3 years. So yes, 5 stars — each star was very much hard-earned and is well-deserved.

Very friendly staff

Loyal to the Toole's family. Needed a headlight bulb replaced - they had the part in stock, Tony fit me in same day, now we can see at night! Chatted with Audra in the comfortable waiting room (with great WiFi) I won't take my cars anywhere else.

Tony and his team were great! I was able to get my car in first thing in the morning and got it back before noon! They were so quick and explained what they did, showed me the pictures of repairs they did. I’m for sure going to bring my other car here.
