The expertise and friendly helpful service at Toole's is above and beyond. I had broken down taking my grandson to kindergarten a couple weeks after the dealership had installed a new alternator. First AAA came and found the battery totally drained and it appeared the alternator was not working. He put in a new battery and then the alternator seemed to work. The next day, it died as we were on a busy street coming home from the grandson's school. We called Toole's close to us and someone answered right away and said yes to AAA towing it in. It was a tricky problem to find but their years of experience with Honda enabled them to solve the mystery. They found the dealership had damaged the lead wire to the alternator and it worked on and off and was hanging by a thread. In spite of their very busy schedule, they took care of this Grandma and the price was so reasonable. Now we will see if the dealership will stand behind their work and cover the cost for their faulty work.

Totally amen to what others are saying. Mine was a difficult situation (explained on Google) and their expertise with Honda resulted in solving the problem that I don't think the dealership could have done. When stranded they took care of what I needed even though they have a full busy schedule. Thank you so much Toole's

These guys are great! They have excellent mechanics and great customer service. I completely trust them to only do work that needs to be done; they explain the work that needs to be done and also send via email (with images if applicable). It's also is a pleasant place to be--friendly people and very clean and nicely designed.

First time I went and felt very welcomed when I walked in (through my volunteer work I know they do a lot for the community). I received immediate assistance and everything was explained to me regarding their procedures. While they could not find what caused the dashboard light to come on after extensive checking I was given a discount and told they would run a diagnostic for free should the light come on again. I would definitely come back.

A little pricey (but so is everything else in the peninsula), and great service. They walked us through all the repairs and showed us the areas that needed service.

Best service in the area. Had my 1969 Cadillac in for front end work and some engine gremlins and they were up front, honest and did the work perfectly. Highly recommended.
