What a great place! I took it in for what turned out to be a dead battery and ended up having them do some other routine maintenance while it was in there. They gave me a very detailed report of what needed to be done which was super informative....and they got it done same day. Everyone I met or spoke to was kind and professional. I just moved to San Carlos and am so glad to have found them.

Always greeted with a warm welcome and how are you doing. Work that needs to be done on my car is discussed with me completely and thoroughly so that I can understand. Pictures and sometimes actually going into the work area to view the problem so I am comfortable with what needs to be done. I wouldn't trust or take my car anywhere but Toole's Garage!

Everyone at Toole’s Garage is courteous and knowledgeable. They always thoroughly check your car during the service and let you know the results. Then they discuss the results with you and let you know what is important to fix now vs what can wait for a while. If you notice any problems after the service, they will coordinate another time to fix the issue free if charge. I know my car is in good hands at Toole’s.

I have an old SUV that isn't worth very much. I had been doing some work on it , but it just wasn't working. They did a diagnostic on it and found a new part I replaced was DOA. I chose to have it towed back home and fix it myself. I'm very pleased with Toole's service, they fully described everything they would do, and what was not working. Thanks guys!

One of the best services I got for my Civic Hybrid. They are honest and professional, and I highly recommend come here if you have any Hybrid problem. Bought used a few years ago, came to here and they found it a 1 year of warranty extended for the Hybrid battery. When I went to Honda, they were not aware of the warranty, and the manager went to look again and I was able to change the Hybrid battery with no charge. They have really cute collection of cars; So I'm sharing the pictures :)

We discovered Toole's a year or so ago. Sure wish we had made that discovery many years ago. Friendly folks and I have never even had a hint of them trying to talk me into something. Today did a check up of our Toyota Corolla and had it ready right when they said they would. Extensively went over what they found and had photos of everything. I strongly recommend Toole's. And...they also have a shuttle service if you wish not to wait in their nice waiting room.

After a rotten service experience at the dealership that I bought my car through, I was looking for a new place to have my Nissan Rogue serviced. I found Toole's garage on Yelp, great reviews so I thought I would give them a try. They did not disappoint! Excellent service, everyone that I was in contact with were professional, really nice-top notch customer service. They called me every day for an update on my car. I picked it up and it is running GREAT, with no suprise extra charges.
