My first visit and I was blown away by the service!!! I’ve never been to a shop like this! It’s the Neimen Marcus of auto repair! Everyone was over the top nice ( mechanics walking by said hi) and they really took the time to explain everything! I’m really impressed how they reinvest in the business with technology via emailed pics and a very clean office and wait room. Other customers were hugging employees and raving !!

Ive been bringing my Avalanche to Tooles since I got it and I am very happy with the quality and level of service. Everything they installed, upgraded or repaired has come out great and worked perfectly. I know the mechanics do all the dirty work but the guys up front Tony and Beau make magic happen with the logistics on parts and timing on repairs. All impecable. Another great thing they offer is a ride service for pick up once your car is ready or drop off after youve brought your car to them. This makes things very easy, not to mention the shop is very clean and has a very nice waiting room. Thanks guys for making everything so easy.

I've been their customer for years and continue to spout their honesty and their workmanship to anyone that wants a recommendation and/or advice. I felt that myself and my care were very much taken care of. All work that was to be done was explained so I could understand the plan and even pictures of the areas that needed work were shared with me. Everyone at Toole's works to make you feel comfortable. When I drove out after all the work was completed, I could definitely tell a difference in how much better my car operated.
