The car had a loud sound around the passenger front wheel and we asked for a technician to listen to this sound during the initial drive. This is a simple request to help determine what the sound might be and let us know if a diagnostic is needed. Well, not only did the technician not hear the sound (which couldn’t have been the case), they didn’t inform us of this until later that day, when apparently no technicians were available to perform the diagnostic. I have been a customer at Toole’s Garage for over 10 years and I am so disappointed in the service that I will never go back. It’s interesting that another garage heard the noise and quickly fixed the issue by tightening a couple of loose screws on the brake calipers … which Toole’s installed a little while back. This was one of the worst customer experiences I have had in my life! EDIT: Jason (a manager from Toole's garage) reached out, explained the situation in more detail, and he was very open to the feedback. He said there had been some recent changes, and he is working to ensure it runs like a family-owned business again ... which is really appreciated.
