Great service!! 1997 4Runner had a leak at fuel filter (my fault). After putting on a new filter, still leaking. I was stranded 30 miles from home. Called Toole's after reading positive Yelp reviews and Mark said he could look at the 4Runner that day. Tow truck dropped off car and Mark and Shawn skipped their lunch break to trouble shoot. Shawn found fuel line needed to be re-flared. Mark went out to get a new filter while another worked on the flaring. Knowing I was unable to get home, they worked me into their schedule- very busy shop. I was in and out within 3 hours. Customer service goes a long way. I will drive the extra miles next time I need service on the 4Runner.

Their Techs found the problem with My Wife’s Ford Expedition’s Service Advance Trac Light on the dash indicating a bad left front wheel speed sensor & found the hub bearing in bad shape, getting way too hot, loosing grease which made the sensor fail as well. They R&R the Hub with bearings & Sensor in the timeframe they had told us it would be ready for pickup & they delivered. Francisco had also advised us with other issues that needed to be addressed that we weren’t aware of & we really like the way they take the time to even look at the whole vehicle/Courtesy Inspection is Awesome & the Customer gets to decide what to do. I also want to thank Kate for her knowledge about Warranty Companies & how she tried make things work for us.

Photos of the repairs needed and lots of clear communication. Gave me multiple options and treated me and my beat up Toyota Matrix with kindness and respect.

They were very patient and spent time with each customer, treating each courteously and answering all questions. I listen to how employees treat ALL customers - not just me. They were great and I will definitely use Toole’s again! I am consistently pleasantly surprised by the service (customer and auto) that I receive at Toole’s. Although my visit this time was just for an oil change and spark plugs, Francisco spent some time explaining pros and cons of different service combinations based on my budget. We came up with a plan, and the car was done quickly. I also have to say a special THANK YOU to the poor soul that vacuumed my car - that was going above and beyond wonderful! I’ll be back!!!

Great service, great prices and great people. How can you go wrong? High marks to Mitch, Monte and to the mechanics that replaced my stock coil springs with a new 3” lift on my Dodge Ram 2500. Good job! I know where to go from now on for my service needs.

Fast and amazing service. Very friendly have taken all three of my vehicles ( including my new one) to the valley springs location and will continue to do so. Only shop I allow to work on my cars if my husband can’t get to it. Thank you Mitch and monte!
