Super friendly and efficient, and explained the service they were providing for my car. Everything was perfect when they were done, including a couple of dashboard oddities they tweaked/fixed for me. I’m so glad Toole’s will be handling the servicing and warranty for my 2017 Ford Escape.

Highly recommend. Superb customer service. They provided a really quick and detailed estimate and then followed it up with recommendations after the service. All very well documented with photos. They make it incredibly easy. Very efficient and very reasonable prices. We’re so glad we’ve found somewhere local that offer such great service for our high end vehicles (Mercedes AMGs). Won’t be going anywhere else from here onwards.

First time there, they did what they said, on time, good attitude, everything upfront....great use of text and info sent during process...made it easy. I will be back for more service on my cars.
Michael answered my call to the shop and squeezed me in the very next morning as I had a road trip planned and my radiator reservoir was leaking it needed to be replaced. I came in the next morning. He did a visual And ordered me a new one on the spot and had it changed by midday that day . They even gave me a ride back to my house and picked me up when it was done, great service .. at a fair Price .i was very pleased and I will be Taking my truck back for any issues maintenance repairs needed going forward., finally found a fair repair shop to take care of my repair needs.
