Great and thorough job!

All I can say is OUTSTANDING!!! This was my first visit to Tool's and I could not have been more impressed. The staff goes out of their way to be friendly and inviting. After completion of a general service of my car they found a couple of issues and showed me photos of what they found on a computer screen. Additionally they have a nice waiting room, good coffee, free Wi-Fi along with a TV set and a charging station for electronic toys such as cell phones and iPods. Today I returned to have something they found repaired and it took exactly the four hours that was told it would take. For sure Tool's is where I will take my Toyota for service in the future. .

Very proffesional and very honest group. Couple of our co-worker remmended me to use Tooler's Garage. So I sent my car there for timing belt replacement. They gave me a nice and warn welcome., explained what the repair will involved and gave me a ride to my work place. Couple hours later, they called me and told me that they found a more serious problem while doing the car inspection. They also sent me a few pictures about the problem alone with the inspection results. Since the car dose not worth that much, we decide not to replace the timing belt and took the car back. Highly recommended.

Had my 1992 Honda Accord stolen (found the next day). Dave's team did a full check for damages to car. Replaced & repaired: Ignition Lock Cylinder, Leaking Axle Shaft and 4 Wheel Alignment. Now my car is running in excellent condition. Thank you to Toole's Garage for outstanding work. I live almost 21 miles away from where I live but it's worth it knowing my car(s) are in capable hands for ALL auto needs. You guys are the best in the business. Fu Ling-Yoo!

Knowledgeable, rapid, effective --with a smile...

I recently moved to Woodside from out of state and was looking for a mechanic I could trust with my 2003 Honda Insight Hybrid. I was referred to Toole's garage by an acquaintance who said she knew your staff and had always heard great things about your work. I went to the website and read about Toole's commitment to the environment, saw the good reviews for hybrid service, and decided to call. I spoke with Beau and scheduled a diagnostic appointment. I was very pleased with the experience, especially hearing the my aging hybrid is in "fantastic shape,," even though it will need some maintenance in the next few months. Thank all of you at Toole's for setting my mind at ease!.
