Went here today needing a tire repair. Everyone here is awesome! I work in San Carlos but live in Hayward...after realizing I had a nail in my tire I quickly brought my car in. I did not want to chance driving home over the bridge with my tire like that. Needless to say the service was quick and efficient. My car was taken care of quickly and waiting for me upon returning from having lunch. Will definitely use them again if needed...and recommend them!

Toole Garage is like having family members take care of your vehicle. They care. The inspections are very thorough. The reception, as soon as you walk thru the door makes you feel like you're coming home. They care about the long term care of your vehicle and your return business, it's not a fly by the seat of your pants business they are there for the long haul.My most recent visit, I found the care taken in the remodeled office & waiting area superb. This is a well run automotive business 2nd to none.

A wonderful surprise. A woman taking the family car into an auto body shop can be a daunting experience; but everyone at Toole's made me feel welcome and at ease. Tony showed me how I would receive information about the repairs on my computer. He gave me an estimate of the work that should be done and gave me a choice of what I would want them to do. He anticipated all the questions I had thought I would need to ask,, giving me answers that I could understand. . I received a ride home and they shuttled me back to pick up my car. They are a 5 star company, for sure. My 2002 Toyota drove like a new car after they had worked on it. I have recommended Toole's to several of my friends. A

I had my 2003 Highlander towed to Toole's Garage after having a very bad experience with another mechanic for an intermittent issue where the car randomly just wouldn't start. Immediately I felt reassured that I was in capable hands with Toole's. I was kept in the loop at all points in the process, received call backs in a timely manner, received comprehensive explanations and had my questions answered completely. They were upfront with all costs (which were extremely reasonable) and did not charge me for anything that we hadn't previously discussed and agreed upon. They never tried to "up sell" me. They went the extra mile and did a comprehensive review of my vehicle outside of the reported problem and presented me with a suggested plan for future work needed. Their customer service is outstanding. I'm comfortable not only utilizing them for my vehicle but also as a new mechanic for my 18 yr old daughter's car.

The employees are pros. The facility is immaculate . The combined knowledge is unmatched.

Just an oil change and tire rotation this time. Exceptional service, as always.
