I came to Toole's as the garage I had been using was closed. First I heard from a work colleague and then looked at all the online reviews. Can this be true? Well my first introduction was how easy it was to make an appointment - on a holiday weekend nonetheless, took minutes, a few bits of info and all set. The whole team at this garage pride themselves in customer service and it shows from the moment you walk in - unparalleled! Well, how about the car service? The service delivered on time and as expected, it was simple high mileage maintenance. Toole's delivered the results beyond any other place I have seen, providing a phone call and an email with detailed information and pictures regarding service results and further recommendations. Definitively coming back!

Went here today needing a tire repair. Everyone here is awesome! I work in San Carlos but live in Hayward...after realizing I had a nail in my tire I quickly brought my car in. I did not want to chance driving home over the bridge with my tire like that. Needless to say the service was quick and efficient. My car was taken care of quickly and waiting for me upon returning from having lunch. Will definitely use them again if needed...and recommend them!

Toole Garage is like having family members take care of your vehicle. They care. The inspections are very thorough. The reception, as soon as you walk thru the door makes you feel like you're coming home. They care about the long term care of your vehicle and your return business, it's not a fly by the seat of your pants business they are there for the long haul.My most recent visit, I found the care taken in the remodeled office & waiting area superb. This is a well run automotive business 2nd to none.

A wonderful surprise. A woman taking the family car into an auto body shop can be a daunting experience; but everyone at Toole's made me feel welcome and at ease. Tony showed me how I would receive information about the repairs on my computer. He gave me an estimate of the work that should be done and gave me a choice of what I would want them to do. He anticipated all the questions I had thought I would need to ask,, giving me answers that I could understand. . I received a ride home and they shuttled me back to pick up my car. They are a 5 star company, for sure. My 2002 Toyota drove like a new car after they had worked on it. I have recommended Toole's to several of my friends. A
