We like Toole’s a lot. The only thing was that we were told the work would be done by noon and it was not until 4. We definitely will take our car back to Toole’s, because they do good work and are pleasant to deal with. 👍

I have to admit I was extremely impressed. It was my first time to the shop. You always wonder what a new place is going to look and feel like and what type of service you’ll get, especially as a woman (sad to say!) The shop was extremely clean and every technician/staff I interacted with were polite, knowledgeable and very positive. I spent a lot of money on an old Honda but I knew it was worth it. Where I was really impressed was a full photo collage in about two minutes of the intake of the car, a photo of every aspect of the work (oil dipstick, brake gauge, fluid levels, etc.,) so there’s no question they did the work! The technician included their name in case there was a question, so there’s was good accountability! (Some places you wonder if they really did the work they said they were doing!) Toole’s did extra things at no charge, such as charging the battery, filling tires, and securing a dumb plastic cover that used to fly open while driving down near my knees. The shop is close to home so I can walk home after drop off and they are open until 5:30, and making it fast and easy to pick up after work. I will definitely be taking my three cars to Toole’s for the friendly & trustworthy service, for those little extras and the cleanliness of the shop. Thank you!
