Took in 2009 Acura TL for steering / handling issues (i..e. car would drive straight on perfectly level surface, however, if there were any grooves in the road, car would immediately follow grooves and required a firm grip on the steering wheel to continue to drive straight); took it to alignment shop near my work in SF. They worked on it 2x and showed me the before/after alignment specs - however, the car still had a strong tendency to follow the grooves in the road - did some research on the internet - took it to Acura dealership to discuss - Acura dealership surprisingly didn't want to work on it and said it was the characteristic of the car - still not satisfied, looked and researched shops in San Mateo area that had good reviews and worked on Japanese vehicles - found Toole's Garage and made an appt. - guys/gal were easy to talk to and straight-forward - spoke with Dave T. himself - went on a test drive with Francisco who was very knowledgeable of Acuras/Hondas and professional; Long story short, my alignment was off, which they corrected, and they diagnosed the steering rack as starting to wear out - car drives much better (even though steering rack has a slight issue); car came back in same condition (i.e. clean without any additional grease marks, which is a problem with some other local shops) and was on my way; I will consider Toole's for other work, however as an FYI - they are open M-F 7:30am = 5:30pm (which is tough for me to get there before they close to pick-up my vehicle given where I work/live, etc.;)
