I was doubtful about the numerous "perfect" reviews that Toole's has received, but my experience was excellent. After I brought my car in for repair, I immediately received a text. As the day progressed I was able to access pictures of the problems with my car. I approved repairs and estimates as the day went on. I was completely in control and in the loop. Mika is the reason for my perfect rating. She recognized me by name and voice and held my hand through the repair process. When there was a follow up problem, she handled it! I've been to this garage one time and based on that experience, I can easily say that it has been the most professional garage experience of my 24 years of driving. Great job.
