David, Bo and team have been taking care of our cars for the past 4 years. They have kept out 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 2012 Prius running in great shape. What impressed me about the team is they will tell you if you Do Not need something. They also tell you what services are coming next so you can plan. Huge Thanks to Dave. Its pretty bad when you have to speak with someone from California and your in Florida because there isn't an honest commendable mechanic in the area. Thanks to Dave I know exactly what iam talking about when trying to get work done at my Honda dealer. If i was local I think I would gove his dad a huge hug an kiss for raising an honest man. I have built and owned many high performance cars. I have always performed almost all my maintenance and repairs since I was a teenager. With today's vehicles, you really need someone who has the tools and technology. Toole's Garage is my answer to performing work that I cannot (or in some cases) do not want to do. Their staff is knowledgeable, trustworthy and customer focused. The shop is clean and impressive. I have no reservations in taking my cars to Toole's.

The staff at Toole's were extremely knowledgable about my 10+ year old Honda Pilot and knew all the "quirks" associated with this make and model of car. The techs were thorough and clearly explained what they saw when they inspected my car and what it needed and - more importantly - what it didn't need. Communication and the service report were top notch and the pictures of the issues were super helpful (let's face it, how many people actually climb under their car or open the hood to verify what a mechanic said they saw??). LOVED the shuttle service which made dropping off my car a snap. I've been to many Bay Area mechanics, including Honda dealer service, and I won't take my cars anywhere else now. If you're unhappy with your current mechanic, take your car to Toole's...you'll be glad you did.
