This is the best auto-repair shop I have ever used. I bring my Toyota Sienna and Mercedes GL450 to them. Their customer service is phenomenal and they have great integrity. I always feel like I can trust them. They never try to push anything on me. They tell me what is mandatory to do for safety reasons versus what is optional (which is important for my Toyota given it has 160,000 miles and I might get rid of it soon). Recently they spent a couple of days of effort trying to diagnose a problem with the Mercedes air suspension that turned out required a specialist to fix. Many places charge for the diagnostic time regardless but they did not. They said since they were not able to fix my problem they were not going to charge me for their time. And I love the new system they just added that emails me a report showing me all the issues with pictures BEFORE they fix them so I can see with my own eyes what they are talking about and decide what I want to do.
