Third time at Tooles. Alignment on my 1999 GMC Suburban. These guys know their vehicles, let me provide input towards the results I was hoping to get and delivered exactly what I asked for. Best alignment I've had in the 20 years I've owned this vehicle. Thanks for taking the time to do the job the way I wanted it done...Customer service was great-

First time taking my "old school" car to Tooles for an alignment. Involved me in the process as it was happening. Results were great. Customer service great. Price reasonable for the time they took to complete the work. I'll be back-

There was an aggressive replacement of part that other shops said was not needed at the time.

This time I had a Honda with an A/C problem. Toole's did an analysis (I had had one done already at Firestone that showed a broken compressor. Toole's estimate was in line with other shops in the area (and way less than the RWC Honda dealer). They were thorough and gave me a "normal" estimate and a "worst-case" estimate which no one else did. Their turnaround time was very good, but the news was that I needed to replace a very cheap part called the "expansion" valve but the labor was a lot. I was very disappointed at first as I had wanted to avoid this which was indeed the "worst-case" scenario. They then went to extra measures and did more analysis involving computer codes and did an extra evacuation and recharging. All that was at no cost to me, and the result was that they got the A/C working properly without that extra, expensive charge. So they really went "the extra mile." And I'm very grateful. They also did a car inspection more thorough than others (like Firestone) gratis as part of the service. It discovered a slightly damaged tire which was not leaking, but we got that replaced at the America's Tires at no cost because we had road hazard insurance. I would recommend them for thorough and compassionate service.

Excellent customer service and excellent workmanship. The folks know their stuff. Swapped a brand new LS V8 and transmission into my 88 Land Cruiser. I could not be happier.
