very good service. had my pre purchase inspection done yesterday and it was done faster than i expected. they checked literally everything in the car, found some issues that seller was hiding. also they got me a full report about car's condition and things that need urgent attention and also some things that may need attention in nearest future. very good people, would recommend! thank you!

My Toyota Tundra needed some TLC, and I had just moved to San Carlos, when I found this mechanic shop on Google maps. So rather than going to the Toyota dealership as I have always done, I took my truck here. Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in for the first time, through the time I took home my vehicle. Fast, efficient, thorough, clean, friendly, and informative business. Also, great coffee and snacks in the waiting area, plus the called me a Lyft to my home at drop off. When I picked up my truck the owner's son informed me of the warranty on their work which includes free towing, should anything go wrong over the next few years. I will definitely return to Toole's Garage.
