My Toyota Tundra needed some TLC, and I had just moved to San Carlos, when I found this mechanic shop on Google maps. So rather than going to the Toyota dealership as I have always done, I took my truck here. Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in for the first time, through the time I took home my vehicle. Fast, efficient, thorough, clean, friendly, and informative business. Also, great coffee and snacks in the waiting area, plus the called me a Lyft to my home at drop off. When I picked up my truck the owner's son informed me of the warranty on their work which includes free towing, should anything go wrong over the next few years. I will definitely return to Toole's Garage.

Tony and the Toole's team were so informative and helpful! My 2011 Kia Optima Hybrid has had a check engine light on for several months, and other repair shops have been unsuccessful in diagnosing the problem. The guys at Toole's fixed the problem in a day! They also graciously provided me with a Lyft to and from work on a Friday. I will definitely continue to use Toole's for all of my hybrid repairs.
